Faye Lewis is a dynamic nurse leader, speaker, and entrepreneur whose journey from housekeeper to doctoral scholar embodies faith, resilience, and purpose. She is passionate about empowering women of faith to rise in leadership, legacy, and lifestyle—bridging the gap between ministry and marketplace with authenticity and excellence.

As the Founder & CEO of INURSE LLC, visionary behind Ignite Learning Center, and creator of Legacy Lounge, Faye equips others to lead with confidence, build profitable systems, and walk boldly in their divine calling.

Her expertise spans faith-based leadership, personal branding, women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and health systems innovation. Through her signature keynotes and mentorship experiences, Faye helps women align their faith with strategy—turning vision into victory.

A Doctor of Nursing Practice student at the University of Illinois Chicago, Faye also serves on the Board of Directors for Memorial Behavioral Health and the Illinois Nurses Foundation 40 Under 40 Planning Committee, where she champions the next generation of healthcare and business leaders.
